I am born in Milano, Italy, in a family of illustrators and live now in France.

From 1982 to 1995: Self-taught, I started very young to work for the family business, a greeting cards and illustrations company. There I learnt my job: greeting cards, pop-up cards, illustrations for children's books (Editions: Larousse, Mondadori, Disney Italia, Cartorama, Clementoni giochi…).

1995 - 2022: I lived in Southern India close to Pondicherry. There, I took the time to observe, to sharpen my vision and find my own style. I simultaneously worked on assignments for illustrations and animation cartoons. In 2005, I created my own character: Papui, a little boy of European origin, who looks at  life with a new look. His aim: to discover the great treasures which hide behind ordinary life, to discover its essence. In constant search of beauty, joy and truth, Papui is guided by his invisible friend, the little sun.

2022: I transferred to French Brittany (Fouesnant) for new adventures...

I work at my own projects and also do commissioned work on order: comic books, children's stories, animation movies, greeting cards, GIFs, logos, aquarelles, etc.

I have a talent for catching the invisible, the magic in daily life, psychological states and have developed a capacity for very varied styles.
